A very enjoyable stay and a great location close to beaches, coastal walks and great restaurants and cafes. All just a short drive from the resort. Unit was clean and good for all needs and with plenty of room and all the amenities to make you feel at home. We are looking forward to booking there again.
Always very peaceful when we stay over. Been there almost eight times and always seem to go back. Gavin and his team are very friendly and helpful. Kids love the animal feeding, games room and pool. The spa and sauna was awesome especially at the end of the day.
Great place to stay. My Wife and I stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed the Country Club experience.
Plenty to do, the main reception is welcoming and open. The bar looks great, there's a pinball machine, board games, cards, professional dart board, tennis court, mini golf, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, entire games room, BBQ Areas, and of course all the wonderful animals.
We had breakfast at the Country Club twice, one day was all you can eat big breakfast and pancakes. Food was great, nice people to have conversations with. Just remember to book in!
First impressions of the room were nice and clean, fresh country air blowing inside. Now down to a few things that stood out for me; Air Conditioning works well, free super fast StarLink internet, block-out blinds, fans in the bedrooms. The Layout is spacious and offers a large kitchen, full size dining table, two pull-out beds
and then topped with a brand new 55" Google TV.
We had the perfect view of the uphill rooms/area at the very back corner of the property, where we had all sorts of animals come to the fence that are friendly.
I took a Gaming Laptop and was playing CS2 whilst watching the sun light up outside every morning. Beautiful Place. You can really relax and unwind. Bellbrae Country Club takes the award.
The closest Beach is only a 10 minutes drive, and it's beautiful to see all the beaches in the area, which made up for the long walks and sweating.
We both really enjoyed our stay at Bellbrae Country Club, we will definitely be back in the future. I personally prefer the Country Club over a Beach view apartment.

Enjoyed the experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the resort has plenty of activities and facilities, it’s peaceful and close to world famous beaches, shopping and food. Time doesn’t rush you and you leave feeling totally relaxed and revived
Hot tub was cold - never more than body temp- staff were fabulous- resort a bit remote - would be okay for a family since it was a farm basically and offering petting, viewing and feeding opportunities
Great location to see the Great Ocean Road but also to just do a bit of R & R. Loved having the animals to watch and hear. Children would love this place as well. Good facilities and units well set up.
